Huwaylan UK Limited are a wholly owned property investment advisors and property management company who specialise in city locations. We pursue substantial business opportunities in investment and development projects where we can add value.

We are currently focussing on increasing our portfolio in London, working with our advisors to develop our presence in the UK market. In the last six months we have already invested in sites in Kensington, Wimbledon, Nottinggham and Leeds.

The Group's principal activities are global real estate investment and development, manufacturing, technical support including the largest oil collection and refining plant in the Middle East and among other interests the largest fitness club chain in Saudi Arabia.

The Group has significant experience in real estate development. Amongst our extensive holdings are major land investments in central Riyadh, large luxury residential holdings in Mecca, Jeddah, and Medina in Saudi Arabia.

In France the Group owns a development company 'Urbaine V'. This company is in the process of developing around 1750 apartments and villas within 15 minutes of Geneva.
